The Fijian islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich volcanic soil. The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji.
Highly awarded internationally and brought to you by RUM Co. of Fiji, our RATU Fijian Signature Rum is aged for 8 years in charred oak barrels. It has aromas of zesty orange and dark chocolate, and a velvet mouth feel of coconut, chocolate and spiced oak followed by a lingering fresh citrus flavor. This rum was awarded a Bronze and Double Gold medal at the 2019 and 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition respectively.
