I was worried. Bought a Very expensive and rare bottle of whisky for a special event. Transaction went smooth but… once it was shipped we lost all visibility into the tracking. I called and spoke to Alan. He was fantastic at tracking it down and speaking with the carrier directly. It was delivered in time and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My bottle was a gift that I ordered for 300$. The bottle box is damaged and I emailed immediately and sent pictures along. I have yet to hear a response. I also paid for shipping insurance still nothing. I would definitely think twice on this one.
The tequila is excellent tasting and smooth, it’s far above patron tequila. Which was my favorite. 5 stars
