I was worried. Bought a Very expensive and rare bottle of whisky for a special event. Transaction went smooth but… once it was shipped we lost all visibility into the tracking. I called and spoke to Alan. He was fantastic at tracking it down and speaking with the carrier directly. It was delivered in time and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
