I ordered mustache skelly but got regular skelly with a blue hat and no message about a substitute, I have heard the bottle has changed probably a political correction . I will keep it because skelly bottles seem to be hard to get.
A very smooth vodka at a amazing price. Definitely will keep this on my bar for get togethers
