Sweet nose with caramel and vanilla, slightly floral and fruity. Well-balanced with roasted corn, toast and raisin. Sherry finishing adds flavors of walnut, fig and candied fruit. Finish is medium-long with notes of sweet caramel and butterscotch.
Pleasantly surprised. Smooth, yet flavorful. I don’t have a ‘favorite’ when it comes to the nose or the pallete, so I am not the pickiest. But, if you like your bourbon a little more on the oaky side, but still just the right hint of cinnamon…you will enjoy!
