Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon

 Sweet nose with caramel and vanilla, slightly floral and fruity. Well-balanced with roasted corn, toast and raisin. Sherry finishing adds flavors of walnut, fig and candied fruit. Finish is medium-long with notes of sweet caramel and butterscotch.
