For the latest release in the Cask Finish Series, Barrell took on the challenge of working with Amburana wood. A blend of 5, 6, 7, and 10 year old bourbons from Indiana and Kentucky were finished in full 53 gallon Amburana barrels (no spirals or wood chips here) and bottled without chill filtration at a cask strength of 116.42 proof.
