You did everything great on your end. FedEx required that I sign for the order. I could not sign and maintain at least 6 feet distance from the driver, obviously, during this pandemic. You have agreed to take the return. I am very appreciative. I never even saw my order. FedEx has agreed to ship it back to you. I will absorb shipping cost. Too bad this didn't work out. Again, your customer service was excellent.
You show the fifth in the picture and what I actually got was half pints. My mistake by not checking before ordering. The 50.00 shipping was high.

Now they will sit for eternity on a shelf until I kick the bucket., then some low life will pop the top and endure the mediocre tastes of this gimmicky scotch…
Arrived in good time in good shape.
This batch is getting very difficult to find and I spent the extra dollars to get it. I applaud their care in wrapping the bottle to ensure the clumsy delivery person would not accidentally break the bottle. The bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by foam peanuts. This may have been able to survive a fall from the forth floor without damage. Thank you for the extra care, I will be sharing this bottle with my dad on Father’s Day.
