Clase Azul Spirit of Champions is a limited edition joven tequila created to mark a singular global moment, Mexico's role as a co host nation for the 2026 World Cup. Rather than depict the competition directly, the house framed the release around the universal spirit of unity, pride and the pursuit of greatness, the suspended instant where intention becomes action. The handcrafted ceramic decanter reflects that theme, a satin white body with unglazed bands for tactile contrast, flowing golden ribbon accents inspired by a championship trophy, and a gold cap crowning the design. At its center sits the iconic Clase Azul emblem set with green malachite inlays, a luxurious detail that heightens its collectible appeal. Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco curated a joven expression on purpose, since a joven symbolizes collaboration and the beauty that emerges when distinct elements unite. The blend is composed primarily of tequila aged 28 months in fine grain French oak vats from the Forest of Troncais, complemented by a measured portion of unaged tequila crafted exclusively for this release. Unlike traditional casks, these large vats allow a slower, more nuanced interaction between wood and spirit, favoring aromatic refinement over heavy oak. Made from 100 percent blue Weber agave slow cooked in masonry ovens, it pours a deep gold with luminous highlights and a full body. The nose layers cooked agave, coconut, toasted wood and fresh vanilla with almond, white pepper, beeswax and toasted bread, while the palate moves through cooked agave, walnut, almond and toasted coconut into a long, elegant finish of sweet and spiced cinnamon. Strictly limited to 10,000 numbered one liter decanters worldwide, it is best enjoyed neat in a wide bowled glass. This is a true collector's centerpiece.
