Johnnie Walker Platinum Label Aged 18 Years (with Box)

Shipped quickly! Arrived in good condition with even a cardboard cover over the box itself. Would order from them again.

Bought the Johnnie Walker Platinum to add to my collection since they discontinued the platinum label. Happy with the bottle, but the box was really faded on the front.

The whiskey is great, the shipping was very well protected to protect the product however I didn’t like the hold up and process that took place. I placed the order and a week later there was still no shipping info. I reached out to the company via email and there was no response. Then I tried via chat and they said they’ll ship it out the same day. I still didn’t get any shipping info so the next day I reached out again and someone told me they couldn’t ship it till I sent in a picture of my ID to verify the address since the shipping address was different than the billing address which I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO DO BEFORE FOR AN ONLINE ORDER. I found that very strange and what was worse is that it took a week and me inquiring several times to finally be told this information. This was a gift for a birthday surprise and needed to arrive in a timely fashion. If that was the case, I should have been contacted immediately and informed of this information. I shouldn’t have had to pull it out of your company.
Again, whiskey was great, packaging was great, and it didn’t get here in time luckily but just the ordering process was more burdensome than it needed to be.
