The first and only Solera aged/blended bourbon on the market! Using whiskey made in their new stills then kick started aging in small oak barrels and mixed with sourced bourbons of various ages. The final whiskey taken off the solera is put into 500 litre ex Oloroso Sherry barrels to round and complete the proper flavor profile desired.
