The final whiskey taken off the solera is put into 500 litre ex Oloroso Sherry barrels to round and complete the proper flavor profile desired. Ex Master Distiller Dave Pickerell has his talented palate and distilling knowledge hard at work creating this bourbon. Notes of orchard fruit, caramel and spice greet the nose. On the palate lively sipper with a punch at 46.3%
