Booker's Bourbon Batch 2021-03, known as "Bardstown Batch," is the third release in the 2021 Booker's Small Batch Bourbon Collection, named in tribute to Bardstown, Kentucky — the self-proclaimed Bourbon Capital of the World and the city that sits at the heart of the American bourbon industry. Bardstown is the hub of Kentucky's bourbon trail, home to more distilleries per square mile than almost anywhere on earth, and naming a Booker's batch in its honor is a celebration of the entire bourbon community that Fred Noe and the Booker's team are proud to be part of. Bardstown Batch is bottled at 62.75% ABV and 125.5 proof, uncut and unfiltered as always, and presented in the classic Booker's dark wood box with glass panel. Now approximately three to four years out of active retail circulation, this is an established back vintage for Booker's named batch collectors. The pink batch ticket on the neck of the bottle is characteristic of the 2021 Booker's packaging, providing a distinctive visual identifier for this year's releases.

Color: Deep warm amber with rich copper tones — natural barrel color, unfiltered
Nose: Classic Booker's character at barrel proof — caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, baking spice, and dried fruit, with a warm intensity that opens generously with time in the glass.
Palate: Full and well-rounded at 125.5 proof, with dark toffee, vanilla, charred oak, baking spice, and a building warmth that remains balanced and inviting. The uncut character delivers everything the barrel has to give without compromise.
Finish: Long and satisfying, with warm spice, vanilla, and oak fading into a clean and lingering sweetness worthy of bourbon's capital city.
