Hand selected and signed off by industry legend Billy Walker, the master distiller who transformed GlenAllachie into one of Speyside's most respected sherry forward distilleries after his consortium acquired it in 2017. Nose: Mocha, maraschino cherry, dried fig, hazelnut cream, dark caramel, and warm baking spice.
Palate: Rich and indulgent, with stewed dark fruit, treacle, raisin, milk chocolate, walnut, cinnamon, and a layered Oloroso sweetness.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering sherry, baking spice, dark chocolate, and a touch of leather and oak.
