Small Batch Bourbon
When Bourbon Whiskey producers have Small Batch on its label you can equate that with upper-premium bourbon. Small Batch is a term that is meant to be taken literally. Generally speaking, bourbon is mixed and aged in large batches for at least 3 years in oak barrels. However, distillers choose select barrels and only use small amounts of the product in these few choice oak casks.
