The edition was created in collaboration with New Orleans-born artist Hill Spriggins, whose vivid, painterly artwork wraps the bottle and presentation tube in glowing streetlamps, festive lanterns and the colour of the city on New Year's Eve, paying tribute to its diverse culture and celebratory spirit. Inside is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from The Macallan Estate at Easter Elchies in Speyside, distilled and bottled by The Macallan Distillers, at 43% ABV with natural colour. Like the editions before it, it is crafted as a warm, celebratory dram for sharing the turn of the year with the people who matter most. The Macallan describes its character as rich spice, creamy vanilla and vibrant orange. Expect a warm nose of orange peel, vanilla cream, baking spice and toffee. The palate is rich and rounded, with dried fruit, cinnamon, ginger, honey and gentle oak. The finish is warming and lingering, with sweet spice and citrus.
