Excellent customer service. After the first shipment was sent out it was damaged in transit so it had to be shipped out again. When I called and talked to Allen he assured me it would be handled and it was. I appreciate the great service and not giving me the run around. Though I don't drink the order was for my aunt to give as a gift so I can't give a review on the taste. I just know the Hennessy Master Blender #3 is very hard to find and if you find it for it to be shipped.
This was a gift for a dear friend that once had this and had been searching for it high and low. We surprised him with it and won major brownie points!!!
I really enjoyed this Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, 7 Year Old bourbon! It’s worth the price!
