Good drink poor service

Absolutely pleased with the quality of the tequila the bottle is beautiful very fortunate to have grabbed one of these Limited addition bottles as far as the service from your company you guys are way over charging there’s companies charging for the same bottle 170 In addition to that the woman who is in charge of responding in the time that I was reaching out took longer than a week next to her picture highlighted in green says we respond immediately I thought for sure because I had originally emailed around noon maybe she was at lunch but a week later I received a response from an entirely different person in general customer service definitely needs work ......
