The juniper, prickly pear, raspberry, coriander and lime zest macerate together for two days before being distilled in one of two 400 litre copper pot stills built in Mexico for the distillery, while an orange blossom tincture is distilled separately and blended in with precision. The base is a Mexican neutral grain spirit of corn, rye, wheat and barley. It is a truly dry gin with no added sugar, bottled at 86 proof in a blush pink glass bottle.
