The Milkshake Batch is aged exactly 7 years, 6 months and 12 days and brings together barrels from four production dates, matured in four different warehouses on the middle floors where conditions favour balance. It is made from the classic Beam bourbon recipe of 77% corn, 13% rye and 10% malted barley in Clermont, Kentucky, and bottled at 124.4 proof. Expect a nose of vanilla, caramel, oak and warm baking spice. The palate is big and bold, with caramel, chocolate malt, brown sugar, toasted nuts and barrel char. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak, vanilla and spice. Presented in Booker's signature wooden box.
